Each ReviCare property is purpose-converted from a residential home into a licensed Residential Assisted Living facility — intimate by design, exceptional by standard.

Property Acquisition

We source single-story homes in high-growth Texas markets meeting our proprietary buy box — square footage, bedroom count, proximity to care corridors, and seller motivation.

Licensed Conversion

The home is renovated and licensed as a Type A Residential Assisted Living facility, operated by ReviCare LLC — led by a clinical operator with 10+ years in healthcare systems.

The Investment Club

Each property has one co-ownership club — structured through Fractional, with a $5,000 minimum entry. Members receive passive income distributions and share in equity appreciation.

Ongoing Returns

Revenue flows from private-pay resident fees and VA Aid & Attendance benefits. The model combines care income with long-term real estate appreciation across the Texas portfolio.
