Her background spans managed care and venture-backed private pay startups, building clinical strategy for organizations including Devoted Health, Alloy Health, and Amazon Pharmacy in Central Texas.
She founded ReviCare LLC after recognizing a persistent gap: while technology and distribution evolved rapidly, residential care models remained stagnant. ReviCare reflects her conviction that exceptional care and operational rigor are not in tension — they are both required.
Andrzej leads acquisition strategy, investor relations, and capital market development across ReviCare's Texas portfolio. He oversees the deal-sourcing pipeline, property underwriting, and the co-ownership club structure that brings investors into each property. His focus is building a repeatable, scalable model — three homes per market, expanding across high-growth Texas corridors.
Michael drives operations oversight, strategic partnerships, and market development for the ReviCare portfolio. He works closely with Brittney on property readiness and community integration — establishing referral relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, and veteran service organizations across each target market.
